PARIS: Moufarigge Moves On

Mounir Moufarigge, Ungaro's press-obsessed CEO who is arguably most famous for his hiring of actress Linsday Lohan, has resigned from the French fashion house leaving many to wonder, What Will Lindsay Do?

The house of Ungaro is no stranger to CEO-shuffling, having gone through two of them, as well as several stylists, since Emanual Ungaro's retirement  in 2004.
According to a company spokesman, "Mounir Moufarrige has withdrawn from serving as president of Emanuel Ungaro in order to devote more time to his other businesses, namely, in the watch and jewellery industry."
Marie Fournier, formerly at Dior and now in business development at Ungaro, has been appointed General Manager in the interim.
